The relief

It all sits in the back of your mind, or on some piece of paper, never done — until something preventable goes wrong at the worst possible time. Membership means the list isn’t yours anymore. It’s handled, on schedule, by someone who knows your home the way you wish you had time to.
How it works

We learn your home.
Your first visit is a full baseline. We walk every major system, record your appliances and filter sizes, and build the preventative maintenance plan your home actually needs.

We return four times a year.
Visits are timed to the desert's seasons — monsoon prep, heat readiness, the quiet months. We handle the upkeep, watch what needs watching, and when something calls for a specialist, we line it up and oversee it for you.

You always know what we did.
After every visit you get a clear report: what we cared for, what we're watching, and what's coming next. Nothing hidden, nothing to chase.
What we care for

Water & plumbing
Water heater care, leak inspection under every sink, toilet and fixture maintenance, pressure and shutoff inspection, fridge and ice filters.
Safety systems
Smoke and CO alarms tested and dated, batteries replaced, GFCI and AFCI outlets inspected, fire extinguisher confirmed ready.
Laundry & dryer safety
Full dryer-vent cleaning, washer hoses and drain pan inspected, drum kept clean — the quiet fire risk most homes forget.
Kitchen appliances
Range hood and microwave filters, disposal, dishwasher descale, refrigerator coils and seals — the wear points that quietly shorten an appliance's life.
Exterior & structural
Roof and tile inspection, gutters and drainage, pre-monsoon clearing, stucco and weatherproofing, irrigation, and pest-entry inspection around the home.

My name is Brandon Dupuis and I started Desert Frog Home Solutions because I understand the pressure of owning a home. I personally perform every visit.
With a heavy background in building-systems commissioning and professional home inspection, I have spent years learning how homes actually work — and what quietly goes wrong when no one’s watching.
